By using SehatNama you agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse another person's records. SehatNama is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat conditions. Doctors remain responsible for clinical decisions. Clinics are responsible for their staff and subscription fees. Emergency access is for genuine emergencies when the patient cannot consent and is audited. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. These terms will be finalised with a lawyer before public launch.
