How do I share my medical records with a doctor?
Open Share with doctor in the app, choose what they can see and for how long, then show the QR code or 6-digit code. You approve before anything is shared.
Who can see my records?
Only you and doctors you approve. SehatNama admins cannot browse medical records. Every doctor read is logged for you to review.
Is SehatNama free for patients?
Yes. Patients never pay. Clinics pay a subscription. There are no ads or in-app coins.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Settings, or on the Delete account web page. Deletion has a 30-day grace period you can cancel.
