SehatNama helps patients in Pakistan store and share medical records. We collect your phone number to sign you in, profile details you enter, and health records you upload or that doctors write with your consent. We use this data to run the service, send generic push notifications, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data or show ads. Medical files are stored in private storage and shared with doctors only through short-lived links after you grant access. AI document reading (when enabled) sends pages to our contracted AI provider under a data processing agreement; facts stay unverified until you or a doctor confirm them. You can export your data and request account deletion. Contact support for privacy questions. Hosting region and retention details will be confirmed with legal counsel before launch.
